Schlauchbruchsicherung SBS/AU 50mbar

zum Anschluss am Ausgang des Niederdruckreglers, zur Absicherung von Schlauchleitungen

  • verhindert Gasaustritt bei Beschädigung bzw. Lösen der Schlauchleitung und schließt den Gasdurchgang ab, sobald der Nenndurchfluss um 10 % überschritten wird
  • automatische Schlauchbruchsicherung SBS:
    öffnet selbsttätig, dadurch geringe Leckgasmenge und bei langen Schlauchleitungen verzögertes Öffnen
  • Maximal zulässiger Druck: PS 16 bar
  • Schlauchleitungen die länger als 400 mm sind, müssen gemäß den berufsgenossenschaftlichen Anforderungen der DGUV Vorschrift 79 (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung - bisher BGV D 34) mit einer Schlauchbruchsicherung SBS abgesichert werden.
  • Schlauchleitungen die länger als 1500 mm sind, müssen gemäß dem DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 612 mit einer Schlauchbruchsicherung SBS abgesichert werden.
  • Schlauchbruchsicherungen SBS mit dem Betriebsdruck 29 mbar sind nicht für den Einsatz in Deutschland geeignet!
