Der Booster WA 1208 erhöht die Ladespannung, die im Caravan zur Verfügung steht, auf max. 14,4 V, so dass die Caravanbatterie bei Fahrbetrieb optimal geladen wird. Werden Motor und Zündung ausgeschaltet, trennt der Booster die Caravanbatterie vom Zugfahrzeug. Eingangsspannung (-strom) 9,0 – 14,5 V (max. 11 A), Ausgangsspannung 14,4 V, Ausgangsstrom ca. 8 A bei 12,0 V am Eingang. Rückstrom aus Caravanbatterie < 0,5 mA, bei Zündung "Aus" fließt kein Eingangsruhestrom.
